How to avoid getting late to reach office

By being in the corporate world for over 8 years. I have noticed that people don't arrive on time at the office because they want to do their work right away or because they have tasks waiting for them at that specific time. Most of them want to reach the office on time to make a good impression or avoid feeling embarrassed. When I mention embarrassment, it's because I've witnessed how bosses can be rude. It's great if you have a good boss or manager, but for many people out there, it's just a dream. They understand the daily struggles and the real reasons behind being late. It's not that they want to be late or that they do it willingly. Toxic workplaces are created by toxic people who try to make others feel inferior. Based on my own experience, I can provide some valuable tips for keeping yourself healthy and prepared to face challenges:

1. Focus on your Mental Health

At first, If you are in a toxic work culture, I would suggest getting out of it as quickly as you can, because it is impacting your mental health which is way worse than any physical injury because physical injuries can get healed within sometime However your mental trauma will take so much time from you to get out of it, People are suffering from poor mental health and they don't even realize it. So Come out of it and try to get a job where there is less toxicity and where people are praising you for your efforts, your work is being noticed. You will start to feel the change within yourself. Being mentally healthy is another central aspect of being fit and healthy, In your daily routine, I would suggest adding some Yoga, Home workouts, stretching, meditating, and dancing if you like. Doing meditation is the best way to keep your mental health on point.

2. Take care of your Physical health

Physical health is equally important as much as mental health, Our bodies are formed in a way to keeps them moving to keep your body fit, It's the same as a machine If a machine is not being operated for a shorter or longer period, it will start to get rusty and will start to store junk inside, sounds similar right, Yes it is, You will be shocked to know that we eat 3 to 5 times more than our body requirement, that is why I have seen so many people having so much body weight and struggling to reduce it. So eat less and move more, to keep yourself fit.

3. Set the routine

Things which are time-consuming and it takes a little bit extra effort of yours, Try to put them later in the day in your schedule, Do things which are quick and less time-consuming in the morning so that you can reach on time, Calculate the distance, look from every aspect and then throw in some extra minutes into it, That way you will at least have the time to deal with the unexpected.

To avoid being late and reach your office on time, here are some other tips that you can follow:
